opentripkomodo.com is a site for Komodo open trip packages, departure dates and prices from Labuan Bajo, owned and operated by PT Komodo Liveaboard Dwipantara.
Open trip bookings and payments continue on opentripkomodo.net, a site of the same company. The data you enter when booking there is governed by the opentripkomodo.net Privacy Policy.
2. Data We Collect on This Site
This site uses no accounts, forms, cookies or analytics tools. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number on this site.
The only data we receive is:
- WhatsApp messages or emails you send to our contacts: your name, WhatsApp number, email address and the message, to answer your question and prepare a quote.
- Technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) processed by the server to show the page. This site's server keeps no visit logs.
3. How We Use Data
- Answering your questions and preparing trip or charter quotes.
- Meeting legal obligations under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. Third-Party Services
- WhatsApp: used when you contact us through the WhatsApp button, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- opentripkomodo.net: where bookings and payments (through DOKU) take place, under its own privacy policy.
