How to pay

Steps

1. Choose a package and departure date, then a boat and cabin from the schedule.
2. Fill in the guest details.
3. Choose a payment method and pay in Indonesian Rupiah.
4. Your booking is confirmed once the payment arrives, and the e-ticket is sent to your email.

Payment methods

• Credit / debit card
• QRIS
• E-wallet: OVO, ShopeePay, DANA
• Indonesian bank virtual account: Mandiri, BSI, BRI, BNI, Permata, CIMB Niaga, Danamon, DOKU

Fees

• Card payments carry a card payment fee, shown as its own line before you pay.
• QRIS, e-wallets and virtual accounts have no extra fee.

Add-ons at checkout

• Komodo National Park entrance ticket: Indonesian citizens Rp 350.000, foreign visitors Rp 650.000 per person. Pay when booking, or in cash on site.
• Hotel/airport transfer, 2 trips, free for open trips.

Open trip cancellation

Paid in full upfront. Refunds are a share of the total paid:

• 30 days or more before departure: 100% refunded
• 14 to 29 days before departure: 70% refunded
• 7 to 13 days before departure: 50% refunded
• less than 7 days before departure: no refund

Private trip (boat charter) cancellation

• 14 days or more before departure: 50% refunded
• less than 14 days before departure: no refund

If the trip is cancelled by us or cannot sail due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, sailing bans), you get a full refund or may move your date. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to admin@opentripkomodo.net; verbal cancellations are not accepted.
